Why I Started This Blog

I was only researching a project I have on hand when I came across these Theosophy books. I was instantly captured by their content. For some time now I have been disillusioned with what the Church dishes out, recognising it for what it really is: power over the congregation.

9/11 was a sharp shock to me and I drifted away from the Church. If that can be done in the name of religion then I wanted out of all organised religion but it left me feeling a bit insecure.

Theosophy seems to fit in with all my beliefs and ideas of how I should be striving to improve my spirituality. I am more in tune with the forests near where I live than in a Church. God is present in nature.

Having dicovered these documents I decided it would be good to have them in one place so that I, and anyone else could read them. I welcome comments from like-minded people.
